Investigating - We're experiencing issues with our API affecting one part of the GetResponse application. Some API functions may be unavailable - popups could have problem with reload or performance in opening (SMB, MAX from DataCenter EU and US - sites exposed in Europe and Asia). We're working hard to fix the issues as quickly as we can.

Email Delivery Interruption Affecting EU and US DataCenter Clients
Resolved - Some newsletters were held up in the delivery process between 12:00 and 20:00 UTC. This affects only customers with old editors. All messages had been sent by 17.04.2024, 10:00 UTC, and the affected customers had been informed. The failure affected SMB clients as well as MAX from DataCenter EU and US.

The issue has been resolved and no further problems are occurring.
